While they are harmless and typically leave on their own, we kindly recommend keeping doors and screens closed to help minimize their presence. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please list all guests and pets when making your reservation. Any undisclosed guests or pets may incur an immediate extra fee. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. Guest access - Plenty of space for parking within the property. - Recommended to travel by personal car or driver service; please contact us if you need assistance arranging transportation. - A variety of local restaurants nearby - Convenience stores within a 1-2 minute drive Other things to note 1. Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in or late check-out will incur a fee of 500 THB per hour. 2. The maximum number of guests allowed is as specified. Any additional guests will be charged 500 THB per person per day/night. 3. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM. Please refrain from making loud noises during this time. 4.
