This is a privately owned serviced apartment & there is private front desk reception at our office. Once booking is confirmed, we will contact you as soon as possible, we will provide the information on check in procedure. However, we do practice SOPs that aligning with government during cleaning the property and upon guest check in. 2. How the check in procedure goes? Once we received your confirmation of booking, we will send you a registration form to fill in via Airbnb inbox. Please fill in the details and we will help to send it to Swiss Garden management and security guardhouse as pre-registration purpose. *We provide such pre-registration service so that you do not need to spend your time waiting and filling in the form at security guardhouse once arrived.* Then, my team will contact you via phone for the details of check in and the location of our office in order to collect the key. 3. What is the approximate time for check in and check out? Our Standard check-in time for Weekday is 3pm to 7pm while Standard Check-In time for Weekend / Peak Season is from 4pm to 7pm. Standard Check Out time is 12pm. Early check in can be arranged subject to the room availability. Brief wait for check-in is required as unit ready depends on the period/season (especially during peak season and fully booking). If you're here early and the room is not yet ready, feel free to enjoy the surroundings and facilities in Timur Bay! *Check In time for Instant booking on same day is MINIMUM 3 HOURS AFTER the booking confirmed.* 4. Is cooking allowed in the property? Cooking is not allowed in our property unless you have booked for long stay, we could provide induction cooker upon request with deposit required. This is because we hope that you can really put down your burden and enjoy the stunning natural view in Swiss Garden. We hope that you can enjoy your stay without the smell of kitchen smoke and grease oil. However, we do provide basic kitchen amenities and water kettle and microwave in which majority of our guests love to buy food and heat it up in the property. 5. Who should I approach when I wish to book or register for facilities in Swiss Garden? You could always approach us as our team will always on call. We could help you to book or register for facilities use with Swiss Garden Management, and will let you know if there is refundable deposit required. Please do not hesitate to contact us when you have any doubt or problems encountered in Swiss Garden. If there is any problems found in the unit, kindly contact us so that we could settle together. We loves when our guest could reached us immediately and directly so that we could provide the best solution to you. 6. Any deposit required? Yes, a security deposit of RM200 per unit will be charged upon check in, and refund deposit will apply in 48hours after check out. 7.
