Very quiet neighborhood. Very cozy, this duplex is very well equipped: fitted kitchen, champagne glasses, everything for dinner and breakfast, microwave, Nespresso, sofa, connected TV, LEDs, Wi-Fi, voice assistant speaker, Spotify, separate toilet, shower, dryer, private terrace. The space You'll be seduced for sure! Sheets, Towels, Bathrobes and Slippers provided, Bed made. 3 seater hot tub with 40 jets of water and air, total relaxation at 38⁰. It is totally privatized in the heart of the loft and at your disposal EVERY DAY unlimited✨️. 2 New very comfortable city bikes with lights and baskets + 1 padlock available. Imagine going by bike for an aperitif on the beach with 2 cups 🥂 and a bottle🍾✨️. The bike storage box is along the terrace and the gate to exit is at the end of the garden. New: A Garapa Terrace with a comfortable outdoor "Bed". Equipped with curtains for peaceful naps or nights under the stars🌛. To make your stay even more unforgettable, feel free to share your special requests with me (Bottle of champagne in the fridge, rose petals on the bed, message written on the table when arriving with a rose, ...). With this Loft, you've found your love room. Even though the comfortable size of this tiny house is perfect for 99% of couples, I specify that the strong sizes appreciate less and unfortunately note me severely. I conclude that it is not suitable for them, sorry. Guest access I do 90% of the hosting, if you want to check in independently, let me know by message. From the private garden at the back of the accommodation, you have a 2nd entrance, direct access to the pine park. The beach is 800 m away, 5 min walk, 2 min with bikes.
