This is a 1 bedroom rental in our home with 1 queen size bed, a living area which has 2 twin X- Long air mattresses that will be set up for bookings of 3-4. The sofa is not a pull-out sleeper. Please limit to one family dog, under 45 lbs. You’ll enjoy an absolute stunning newly remodeled 600 SF private Living area. With a newly designed marble and porcelain bathroom which has a 9’ shower, custom glass doors, waterfall shower head, shower bench and new custom marble vanity. Take advantage of the heated towel rack to have your hot towel waiting for you. To relax, you have your own living room with a new crystal LED Smart TV. The space has a dedicated Amish made work desk, dinette table which can double as a game table and plenty of games to choose from. You set the mood in your space with dimming light switches. The Kitchenette has a new mini-frig w/ separate freezer section, new Ice Machine, new microwave, new toaster oven, new Keurig, new tea pot and comes with complimentary coffee, tea, cocoa and snacks. This is all wrapped in beautiful newly installed dark walnut hardwood flooring. Black-out blinds and black-out curtains are installed for professionals who work during the night. Here in absolute darkness you can restfully sleep with peace and quiet, even during the day. In the Bedroom suite you can also sit on the window bench overlooking the field and just relax. Serenity to think is at hand and you may catch a dozen grazing deer. For the furbaby, there is a water/food bowl with mat, K9 snacks, poop bags and cleaning supplies for any accidents. There is a K9 bed if needed, please coordinate with hosts. You control the apartment temperature yourself by a thermostat. Guest access After entering through the front door, GO UP THE STAIRS and turn right directly into your private space. Grabbing your fresh bakery treats from the welcome station along the way entering your oasis. When you access the patio at the back of the main house, the owners respect your privacy and do not use the luxury patio when you wish to use it. It is yours to enjoy! Fireplace and grill for your use. Also a mini fridge with water for use outside. In your private area you have an eat-in great room with a kitchenette and dedicated professional working space, all of which are private for you alone. Other things to note At your leisure, enjoy the covered back patio. Pamper yourself! Concierge Services are provided by Soigne, a local personal assistance company. This includes laundry (pickup/24-hour return) & a plethora of office services, personal shopping, and custom dining meals prepared by a professional chef and delivered to your room.
