Postal and Comelec only together with a second valid ID For foreigners: passport, ACR, AEP. Foreign guests are also requested to provide photo of latest arrival stamp in the Philippines as an additional mandatory requirement by the property -IDs such as Company ID / Tin ID or Student ID are not acceptable. We are located at Phase 7 Block 85 Lot 25 Bouvarvia Street Deca Clark Resort and Residences Barangay Margot Angeles City Pampanga. We have provided basic amenities including fresh towel for free ( drinks and snacks we asking for small charges) We provided Gas stove and microwave to cook or heat your food.. And it's fully air-conditioned house. You can also enjoy watching in netflix 24/7 and play to nintendo up to 300 games with surround speaker with fiber internet up to 50mbps with 4 feet swimming pool.. Our community is very quiet and we have a close relationship with our neighbors. We ask that you respect our neighbor's privacy and monitor noise levels during the night time. Our house is also non-smoking environment. If you need to smoke, please smoke in the parking area and dispose of your cigarettes afterward. Please remember to lock the house and the gate, turn off the lights and air conditioner when you leave.
