We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-François, this charming air-conditioned flat with swimming pool, with a surface of 65 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 1st floor (without lift), it consists of a nice living room of 24 m², a fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms and a shower room. Wifi, sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The space On the ground floor, equipped with ceiling fans: - A living room of 24 m² with TV and sofa. - An office arza for working - A fully equipped kitchen in a loggia with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, hotplates, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, and dining area. - Separate toilet. On the first floor : - Bedroom 1 (12.8 m²): queen-size bed (160×200) and air-conditioner. - Bedroom 2 (11.7 m²): a queen-size bed (160×200) and air conditioning. - A shower room with shower and WC. Exterior common to the residence: - A swimming pool (not heated), secured and accessible by a gate, open until 5pm. The pool has different depths. The pool is open all year round, except for unforeseen circumstances (opening dates of the pool are not contractual). For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, iron and ironing board and a 300 litre water tank to compensate for random water cuts. Everything the children need is also available: - A small children's toilet; - 2 booster seats for kitchen chairs, for example, to be strapped in; - 1 car booster seat; - A few books; - A range of board games (Hilo, the surprising 6, UNO, and many others). Other things to note - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - Googl e Home, board games, and books - All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. - In order to access the swimming pool, it is requested to take a shower beforehand. - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
