Spacious one bedroom in a brand new home!

Brand new stylish home in the quiet new area of Laveen, just south of Phoenix. My home is equipped with everything one would need for an over night stay or extended. Fully stocked kitchen, space for your own food and a gas stove. The living room is open and comfortable with leather reclining couches to watch streaming service on the big screen TV. The space The bedroom has a queen size bed with a dresser and a closet and a 32 inch TV, also has streaming services. The room will also come with its own private bathroom with a shower/ standard tub. Guest access Each guest will get their own code to get them in and out the front door. Other things to note You will be staying in my home with my cat and another short term/over night guest.
