Before 11:00 AM, you will not be able to access the apartment, not even to leave your luggage. From 11:00 AM and before the standard check-in time, we will try to organize the use of the apartment to leave your luggage, but we will still need sufficient time to clean the room and prepare it for you. The cleaning fee includes general cleaning, bed linens, and towels. Out of respect for other guests, we also ask you to leave the kitchen and dishes you use clean.
