Enter our home through the front porch sunroom with sitting/dining area and a private keypad entry. There is a half bath underneath the stairs for your use. Once you have gone up the stairs, you'll find a stocked kitchenette and, at the end of the hallway, a full bathroom with jetted tub, separate shower, TV, and heated floors. There are two separate bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, a desk, and a pull out sofa, complete with closet, dresser space, and a TV. The second has a twin trundle bed, with access to a pack n play, dresser space, closet space, games, and a TV. The entire front entry and top floor of our home is available for your use. Our personal living space is a separate area and not available for use. Quiet residential neighborhood with great neighbors and large trees. Within a mile of downtown shopping and restaurants, groceries/laundromat, library, arts center, and more! Please note that you must go up stairs to enter the home, as well as up stairs to access the bedroom. There is no elevator on site.
