Our space is especially great for medium-term visitors who want an experience that's top-notch in quality and incomparable in location convenience. Our artful guesthouse is the perfect getaway, tucked in a quiet neighborhood blocks from everything you need. The studio is new construction built in 2019, with windows on every side and great natural light. It shares the lot with our 1926 Spanish-style home; terracotta tiles line the roof and stairway giving a Mediterranean feel. This is your private crash pad. It's perfect as a work-from-home set up or for any kind of LA visit. There's a full bath and kitchen, with a four top gas stove, full-size fridge, and microwave. Feel free to play the guitar! Or chill out with a Netflix binge on the pull-out adjustable 43-inch TV (your log-in credentials). Space is configured to maximize comfort in the approx. 320 sq ft unit (10.5 x 30' in dimension). You'll love our studio for the accessibility to LA's coolest spots. Go hiking at nearby Runyon Canyon or Griffith Park, see the Hollywood Sign and Walk of Fame, or take a shopping trip to The Grove or Beverly Center. The best part is our neighborhood is calm and quiet, a true respite from the city's hustle and bustle. As it’s a Jewish family neighborhood, the area is security-patrolled and one of the safest neighborhoods in all of LA, with ample easy street parking at all hours. For extra safeguarding, 2 dummy security cameras face the front of the property (exterior walls only). Your hosts are career musicians happy to recommend amazing entertainment and the inside-scoop on world-class venues that make the culture of LA truly one of a kind: The Hollywood Bowl, LA Music Center, Geffen Playhouse, The Greek Theater, and Walt Disney Concert Hall. The Academy Awards Museum, La Brea Tar Pits, and LA's museum row are just a mile away. We have truly enjoyed all of our guests and are committed to do everything we can to give the best experience possible, including optional every-other-weekly refresh cleaning service, arranged and paid for by you with our cleaners. We often offer washer/dryer access at the back of our home (mutually scheduled); onsite laundry is a big plus for many, so we're happy to oblige. Also with coordination, enjoy our back garden seating area with a fire pit; perfect for cozy evenings entertaining a friend or two. Guest access The property is incredibly safe. Guests enter through a front gate; on the shared landing, guests may use the patio table and chairs as desired, and backyard fire pit with coordination. Ample luggage storage available in garage area. Other things to note For guests staying more than 6 weeks, hosts recommend additional lighter cleanings every 2-3 weeks to maintain cleanliness and quality of the space; to be determined between guests and host outside the AirBnB reservation.
