Charming 1930s house in the center of Dinard, close to the shops on the market square and the beach on foot. Come and pack your bags as a couple, with friends or family in our Dinardais cocoon. Living in this house all year round with my little family and my cat, I adhere to the initial principle of AIRBNB, which is to live with the host, in their living space. We are not a hotel ;) Amann the cat stays at home but is not allowed to go out, she is kind and very discreet. The space The house is located in a quiet street and has: On the ground floor: 1 living room of 30m², a large open fitted and equipped kitchen, an entrance with laundry room and WC. Upstairs: a landing leading to 3 bedrooms (2 double beds + 2 single beds), a toilet and a bathroom with Italian shower and sink. You can use the small covered courtyard even in bad weather. The house is rather suitable for 6 beds + 1 baby. Baby: Possibility of providing a child's bed, a high chair and a bathtub on request. Bed and bath linen provided. Other things to note Our cat stays at home in our absence and while the accommodation is rented. unless I find him a pension:)
