We have finished our renovation of the master bathroom and bedroom, making this house a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom rental. We provide towels, sheets, basic bathroom essentials, basic kitchen essentials, internet, washer and dryer with detergent, covered parking, and pets are welcome with a pet fee. As a new rental, we are constantly upgrading and improving our property. The space This house was newly built in 2019 and 2020. Featuring three bedrooms, two full baths and one half-bath, it is roughly 2700 square feet with 10' ceilings (and vaulted living room ceiling) and includes a full kitchen with gas stovetop, oven, fridge, and a beautiful wraparound, screened-in porch. You may use the charcoal and gas grill. The property also has a fully fenced, private yard and several fruit trees (please enjoy). Guest access Guests currently have access to three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a half-bath. The gym area is closed off for continued renovations. Other things to note Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Carport parking available for free for two vehicles, additional non-covered parking also available. The master bathroom features a large shower with two showerheads.
