House in downtown Conway. Spacious three bedroom two bathroom home. Close to all three colleges in town and any downtown activities. Our home is stocked with many amenities including a stocked kitchen, coffee bar, grill, smart tv's, fast wifi, dedicated work space, and 4 beds to sleep up to 10 people. Pack & Play and High chair also provided. No smoking. The living room has a 65inch Roku tv and comfortable seating to make you feel at home! There is a large dining table so the whole family can sit down for a meal. The kitchen is stocked with basic utensils, pots, pans, skillets and spices so making a meal is an easy task! Out the back door there is a sitting couch along with a fire pit and grill so you can enjoy your evening outside! You get the whole home we have a smart lock to make checkin easy! Southern Comfort is set in the Historic District of Conway. It is close to downtown, city parks, shopping and excellent restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet and very welcoming.
