Several beautiful parks nearby. 4K Smart TV will help you relax in evenings. The space Open concept Dining & Living Room area with Floor-to-Ceiling windows brings in light and expands the space. North facing exposure means the apartment doesn’t get hot in the summer. However, a portable A/C is also included. The Windows have great sound isolation, however the street is quiet anyways. The bedroom comes with a Queen size bed with a paediatric mattress (one side softer, one side firmer). The bicycles pictured are my personal and do not come with the rental. There are large closets in the bedroom and by the entrance (two smaller closets in living room are not available). Laundry located in the building and costs 2.50$/load. Other things to note BIG BONUS: city bike comes with the apartment. Light and fast. Will be a helper for you to discover the city :) Midtown & Davisville area is one of the most beautiful, quiet, yet centrally located neighbourhoods. This cluster of high rise buildings is surrounded by low rise residential area with lots of greenery and beautiful century homes. Davisville station is a 5 mins walk. Toronto’s most prestigious areas, Forest Hill and Rosedale, are only a short walk away. Beltline Trail and Mt.Pleasant park are literally around the corner and offer beautiful grounds for walking, jogging, and biking.
