The Cozy Flat close to the University

Welcome to our renovated & lovingly furnished apartment on Liebigstraße, in the immediate vicinity of the university & the hospital. The duplex apartment is a 7-minute tram ride from the city center (Königsplatz). The main train station can be reached in about 10 minutes by train or bus. Bus & train are within walking distance. The apartment is bright with a view of Hercules Monument & the university. It is located in a very central, albeit quiet location. The space In the basement of the wonderful apartment is the separate toilet room with shower & sink, the kitchen, as well as the dining and working area for the workaholics among us ;) The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer combination, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, two hotplates, oven & all necessary utensils for preparing meals. A staircase leads to the really cozy part of the apartment: the bedroom with living area, equipped with a double bed (160 × 200), a couch, a wardrobe, a TV, an iron with ironing board & a mobile fan for the hot days in Germany, which we certainly have! ;) A thermo pleated blind, which is installed on the attic window, ensures a pleasant room temperature on the upper floor. This ensures protection from both heat and cold. On both floors you can enjoy the Hercules view. You will of course find a hairdryer in the bathroom. If you want to wash your clothes, you can use the coin-operated washing machine in the basement. Towels, sheets and toiletries are provided for your stay. The Wi-Fi in the apartment is very fast (50 Mbit/s). Streaming 4K videos and video calls with multiple people is therefore possible without any problems. Check-in is smart. You will be provided with all the essential information before your arrival. We look forward to seeing you soon! Other things to note No smoking inside the apartment or anywhere else in the house, including the stairs. The bedroom of the apartment can be reached via a staircase. The apartment is therefore not barrier-free and not suitable for people with walking difficulties, despite an elevator in the house.
