Beautiful private space in charming house

You will have exclusive access to a large private space in an old farmhouse, consisting of a nice bedroom with shower room, a large cathedral living room with pool table, a relaxation area with large screen and library. You will also have at your disposal a spa area that will be reserved for you, a beautiful terrace with pergola and a wooded park with a semi-in-ground and heated pool. The entire decor, location and view are all elements that invite relaxation. The space You will be able to park your vehicle in the garden, fully enclosed by walls. The space is composed of a large closed awning with bay window of about 40 m2 where the spa is located, a large cathedral lounge with sofa, table, fireplace, billiards, nearly 70 m2 with access to a mezzanine of 40 m2 with a sofa with large screen and large library of board games. The room is about 18 m2. There you will find a large 160 double bed with new quality bedding. The bathroom is adjoining with shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer. Towels and artisanal shower shampoo are provided. The exterior is composed of a large shaded terrace, a wooded park and furnished for relaxation with a lovely unobstructed view of the Pilat. Guest access All of these spaces and as shown in the photos are reserved for you during your stay. We live there but will not share them with you except in case of a stay of more than one night where we will share access to the pool with you (for our children and ourselves) between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. In addition, as there is only one guest room, you will be the only guests hosted. Access to the carport adjoining the pool is not allowed, as well as access to our part of the garden (not shown in the photos). During your stay Our accommodation is composed of two distinct parts: one is at your disposal and we will not be far away if needed ;) Other things to note Breakfasts are served from 8 a.m. on the sideboard, so you can enjoy them in the living room or on the terrace at your convenience. On request and according to our availability, we can offer you an evening meal for 22 euros per person (full menu, wine at your discretion, coffee). The village inn is just across the street: you will enjoy it and will be very well received. We will be happy to advise you on the many restaurants in neighboring villages. We can optionally prepare a picnic basket (10 euros) if you wish to explore our beautiful hiking trails. The room is large enough to accommodate a baby bed. If you would like us to provide one free of charge, as well as a high chair and baby bath, please let us know. Our animal friends are also welcome if they are clean and well-behaved, at no extra cost. We will simply ask you to respect the premises and make sure to pick up their waste.
