The property's electricity and water service is connected and depends exclusively on the local company that provides these services in Puerto Rico. Therefore, any interruption in the supply of electricity and/or water is beyond our control. However, the condominium has an electric generator and water service for the common areas. These events do not constitute grounds for cancellation of the reservation or for issuance of refunds.
