Our cosy 3-bedroom, 5-bed (1 double, 4 small singles) static caravan is perfect for families. Set on our family-run working farm on the Devon/Cornwall border, it offers stunning moorland views and a peaceful rural setting. We’re just 10 minutes from the A30 near Launceston, ideal for exploring Devon and Cornwall or as a travel stopover. A car is essential. As we're a working livestock farm, expect a little countryside charm with occasional farmyard sounds nearby. The space Comfortable 3-Bed Static Caravan with Stunning Views Our self-catering 3-bed caravan, once our home during farmhouse renovations, has everything you need for a Devon and Cornwall holiday. It’s fully equipped with a smart TV (Netflix) and fast WiFi. There are three bedrooms—two with small singles and one with a double bed. Bedding includes sheets and pillowcases. Sleeps up to six, including infants and children. Enjoy mains drinking water, a separate shower/toilet, towels included. Stunning views over the ‘garden field’—home to sheep, and maybe lambs, depending on the time of year! Guest access The caravan, decking, and garden in front are yours to enjoy during your stay. As we’re a working farm, some areas are off-limits for safety and to protect our livestock. We kindly ask that you remain within the garden area in front of the caravan. If in doubt please ask. Other things to note Ideal Countryside Location with Easy Access to Devon & Cornwall Located in the heart of Devon, we're just 45 minutes from beautiful beaches and 20 minutes from the moors, perfect for wild swimming and scenic walks. Our farm is a little remote, so a car is essential. The nearest pub and shops are a 5-minute drive away, with the closest large town just 15 minutes away. Situated on the Land’s End to John O’Groats route, we offer a large, secure gated driveway, ideal for multiple cars, vans, or trailers. Please let us know when booking if you need space for more than one vehicle. Cornwall is right on our doorstep.
