Have a pleasant stay in this nice two-room apartment, located in a quiet and family residence at the foot of Mont Saint Martin. Have lunch on the west-facing terrace, with unobstructed views of the gardens and pool. Secure private parking. Ideally located, the apartment is a 5-minute walk from the Port of Cap d'Agde (restaurants, shops...), and is close to all the activities of the seaside resort, 15 minutes from Richelieu beach. The space The apartment has: - a fitted and equipped kitchenette, 2-burner electric stove, microwave, top fridge, Tassimo, toaster, kettle, dishes, washing machine... - a bathroom, sink, hairdryer, towel dryer - a living room with a sofa (sofa bed type), 4-seater folding table with folding chairs, television and storage. - a bedroom with a double bed, (if necessary, possibility of renting a baby bed), closet... Bedding (protected by waterproof mattress covers), pillows and duvets are new, disposable mattress covers are provided. - a loggia with its table and chairs *** Please note that: * Pets are unfortunately not allowed, even small ones. * The pool is open from 06/01/2024 to 09/30/2024. * An inventory is carried out upon arrival and departure. Check-in between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Check-out between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. * Two deposit checks (or cash if no checkbook) will be requested upon arrival: - A deposit check of €200 (not cashed, subject to significant damage). - A deposit check of €50, concerning the cleaning (not cashed if it has been done). Indeed, the cleaning must be done before your departure. Thank you for returning the apartment in the same condition as you found it. * Bed linen (sheets) and bath towels not provided.
