Enjoy the stunning landscape of Abruzzo at this unique and tranquil getaway in central Italy. It's situated in the historic hilltop village of Pennadomo, at the foot of the Apennine mountains but equally only 45 minutes drive from the Adriatic Coast ideal for either a couple or single person. It has a magnificent balcony view and is a lovely newly renovated open plan space. The lounge area converts into the bedroom space at night with a comfortable and easy to convert double sofabed. The space It's a newly decorated open plan space on a first floor level but with direct access from the street via a short flight of 6 steps to the front door. The space opens out to a fabulous balcony view over the surrounding landscape. The attached pictures should provide full details. Guest access Guests are able to access all parts of the property. Access is via a key left in a keysafe by the front door (the code is provided on booking) Other things to note Parking / Access: I'll send you a couple of maps showing the location and how to get to the property before you arrive. You can park in the little lane below the apartment and walk up 20 metres or so from there. there is a village shop that sells a good range of food, drink and household goods. However if you need a supermarket, it's best to do it before you arrive. Nearest supermarket is Eurospin 15km away at Piani d'Archi. The Sofabed: The sofa converts to a comfortable double bed.
