The space This house is sprawling with plenty of spaces for multiple groups to hang out. Huge Game Room/ Bonus Room with Basketball, Air Hockey, Ping Pong, Poker Table, Foos Ball, Arcade Games and TV area. Basement Cinema Room with its own Bathroom. Screened in porch off the living room. Hot Tub patio on the ground floor. ***Optional Add-on Golf Simulator Room with Uneekor EyeXR Simulator, 12 Ft enclosure, Putting green, and Lounge Area is available to adults for an additional fee. Please inquire for this amenity. Guest access Guests have access to all the main living areas, outdoor patios and hot tub area. Golf Simulator access is available for an additional fee upon receipt of signed agreement. Community requires primary renter be at least 30 years old, OR all renters be at least 21 years old. We can accommodate a maximum of 5 vehicles. Other things to note Our house does have 3 outdoor security cameras. One views the front driveway and one views the side driveway. One views the driveway in front of the garage. None see or hear into the house or the back porch/patio/hot tub area. Renters will need to bring their trash to the Community Compactor which is about a mile away. We can only have up to 5 vehicles at the house.
