This completely renewed holiday apartment is centrally located in Albufeira, only a 10 minute from the beaches and all amenities are around you. It’s a perfect apartment for a getaway with friends, beach holiday for a couple or small family or even a workcation. Or just to relax and enjoy the Algarve’s at his max.. Just across the street, you will a supermarket, the best bakery in town, tourist shops and plenty of restaurants and bars to enjoy yourself. The space When you enter this beautiful bright apartment, you will first find a nice spacious bedroom with a luxury double bed, build-in wardrobe, air conditioning. Next to that the modern bathroom with big walk-in shower, sink, toilet and bidet with plenty of towels for that true hotel feeling. The modern open plan living room will give you all the space you need, to entertain your guests. A dining area and sitting area with TV and strong Wi-Fi. For small children or third guest there is a comfortable sofa bed in here. Trough the sliding door you enter the terrace with beautiful views into the garden and pool area, where you can have your breakfast or relax and enjoy a delicious glass of port wine or Vinho Verde in the late afternoon. The fully fitted kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher and also a washing machine, will give you the luxury, you are used to in your own home. Here you can prepare a delicious breakfast, lunch or meal with the groceries you just bought in the local supermarket nearby, for yourself and your fellow travelers. At the pool area you can relax and enjoy the sun or take a dip into the water to refresh yourself after a day on the beach. A special kids pool and playground make it perfect for small families. With everything in a walking distance you will have the perfect place to be. Guest access The guests will have access to the whole apartment for them selfs with a shared pool and garden area. Other things to note No groups of young people allowed No party of events without explicit consent of the owner or property manager Smoking is only allowed on the terrace No pets allowed At the pool area there are rules which have to be followed up at any time. The pool area and playground are fended, but not guarded. Quite hours are from 22.00 till 9.00. The municipality of Albufeira levies a tourist tax for the period from April 1 to October 31 of € 2.00 per person per night with a minimum of 7 nights.
