One of the beds can be divided into two singles if preferred. Staff are included and will do the grocery shopping & prepare breakfast and lunch or dinner, the cost of groceries are not included. None of these areas are shared. Maximum full house occupancy is 3 King bedrooms accomodating 6 guests. When rented separately the areas are not shared by either party. Latoya resides on the main floor in her own space. she will prepare meals and tidy up after you but she does not Lounge in your living space. Montego Bay is the closest airport however Kingston is not that much further and is mostly highway driving. We are right on the sea however depending on the tide, the ocean is not always accessible right infront of the property. A 5 minute walk to the left or right of the gate will take you to two lovely swimming beach options.
