RESORT FEES All reservations with dates of stay from April 9th to April 16th require a one-time per person Resort Fee of $33 The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32. Guests age 9 and under are exempt Guests age 33 and older are exempt Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival. The Resort Fee is specific to the dates March 1 to April 17 and does not apply to any other time of the year. Further up the island experience close encounters with sea turtles at Sea Turtle Inc. Observe a variety of bird species and alligators at South Padre Island World Birding Center. A few more miles north is the Island Adventure Park for horseback riding and zip lining over the dunes. Heading south is Isla Blanca Beach Waterpark with both outdoor and indoor water features and rides. Osprey Cruises and Isla Tours offer adventures out on the Bay, including dolphin spotting and parasailing.
