The S‑Bahn station is only a short walk away and takes you directly to the city centre without changing trains. The apartment can host up to 8 guests: 6 adults sleep comfortably in the beds, plus 2 additional sleeping options for children. ### Sleeping arrangements There are 3 cosy bedrooms, each with a high-quality hotel-style box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm) for a great night’s sleep after a busy day in Munich or at the spa. For children, there are 2 armchair beds that can be used as extra sleeping spaces. On request, we can also provide a baby cot. ### Living, cooking and everyday comfort The living and dining area is the social heart of the apartment, where you can share meals, play games or simply relax together. The fully equipped kitchen includes: - oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer - dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and blender - dishes, cutlery, wine glasses and all essential cooking utensils - basic cooking staples (pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper) The coffee machine is a beginner‑friendly portafilter espresso machine, and we provide coffee beans for you on site. A washing machine and drying rack are also available, which is especially convenient for longer stays. ### Bathrooms Two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, offer plenty of comfort for larger groups or families. Fresh towels, bed linen, soap, shower gel and shampoo are provided, and the beds are made up for you on arrival. You will also find a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and cleaning products in the apartment. ### Parking, access and accessibility The apartment comes with a dedicated underground parking space. There is also free street parking available near the building. There is a lift in the building which takes you to an intermediate level. From there, a few stairs lead up to the apartment. Please note that the apartment is therefore not fully step‑free or wheelchair accessible. If you are looking for a spacious, family‑friendly place with excellent connections to Munich city centre and the airport, this is a great base. ### The Neighborhood / Getting Around The apartment is located in Unterschleißheim, just a short walk from the S‑Bahn station Lohhof. From here you can reach Munich city centre (Marienplatz) in about 25 minutes without changing trains, and the airport is also easy to reach. The surrounding area offers plenty to do: - Therme Erding (thermal spa and water park) - O2 Surfwelt, FlyStation Munich, neon mini golf and laser games - Schleissheim Palace with its beautiful park and a nearby bathing lake - golf course (also accessible for non‑members) - Flugwerft Schleissheim and the Deutsches Museum aviation branch Football fans will enjoy: - Allianz Arena - FC Bayern Museum There are numerous restaurants, beer gardens and shops in the area, and both the English Garden and Munich’s city centre are easy to reach by public transport or car. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the 3 bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home. The underground parking space and elevator are also available. You can also use the living area and all common rooms. The apartment is completely private, so you can feel completely at home. Other things to note Check‑in is from 3:00 pm, check‑out by 10:00 am. Please observe our house rules: quiet hours at midday and on Sundays and public holidays no parties or events no smoking inside the apartment For a relaxed start, we provide a small starter set of essentials: In the bathroom you will find soap, shampoo and toilet paper. In the kitchen there are dishwasher tabs, dish soap, sponges and a tea towel. Towels and fresh bed linen are of course included, and the beds are made for you on arrival. The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a first aid kit. Fast Wi‑Fi is available throughout the space. The coffee machine is a beginner‑friendly portafilter espresso machine, and we provide fresh coffee beans for you on site.
