The space The apartment offers 3 cozy bedrooms with high-quality hotel box-spring beds (180 x 200 cm) for a restful night's sleep. There are 2 sofa beds for children, and a baby crib is also available on request. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine leaves nothing to be desired. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub offer sufficient comfort. There is also an underground parking space and the elevator provides easy access (6 steps remain, see photos). Guest access Guests have full access to the entire apartment, including the 3 bedrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, and the 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub. The kitchen offers everything you need to feel at home. The underground parking space and elevator are also available. You can also use the living area and all common rooms. The apartment is completely private, so you can feel completely at home. Other things to note Check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out should be no later than 10:00. The Lohhof S-Bahn station is only a few minutes' walk away and offers a direct connection to Munich and the airport - without having to change trains. The surrounding area has a lot to offer: Relax at Therme Erding, surf at O2 Surfwelt or visit Fly PlayStation Munich. For more adventure, there is neon mini golf, the laser center game and child-friendly attractions such as a thermal bath and children's theater. You can also visit the impressive Schleißheim Palace, enjoy a nearby swimming lake or visit the golf course for non-members. The planetarium and the Deutsches Museum with its aircraft hangar are also not far away. Sports and soccer fans will enjoy a visit to the Allianz Arena and the FC Bayern Museum. There are also numerous restaurants and beer gardens in the immediate vicinity, and the English Garden is only a few kilometers away. For a comfortable start, we provide a small starter set of consumables in the apartment. This includes soap & shampoo and toilet paper in the bathroom, as well as dishwasher tablets, dish soap, sponges, and a dish towel in the kitchen. Towels and fresh bed linen are, of course, also provided — the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival. In addition, a hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and a washing machine are available (no dryer). The apartment is equipped with smoke detectors and a first aid kit so that you can feel safe. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is also available to you.
