We want you to feel at home and comfortable at all times so if you need anything at all from an extra pillow to a recommendation please ask! We pride ourselves in keeping it clean and tidy, so please, do your part! We are located on a quiet, dead end, family oriented street in beautiful Orchard Park. I do want to note this is a private room in our home so common spaces are shared, and we do have a dog and cat. Also the closet and inside dressers are not for guest use. Guest access Your room is your own. There is a 50”smart Tv with roku and sling. The kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared but you are welcome to them! There may be a guest(s) sharing the common spaces with you so please always be courteous of others! Free Fios WiFi. There is a lock with a key on the bedroom door, but we have never had an issue as our family is loving and trustworthy. We do have a friendly small dog and cat During your stay We are available to answer any questions you may have. Our schedules are crazy and we are not home a lot so we may not get a chance to chat. It is self check in. We do have a very friendly cat and a well behaved small terrier you may come across! So please be pet friendly!
