The resort offers an array of amenities like heated oversized pools, tennis courts, state of the art gym, club room, restaurant, rooftop lounge, and common area with summer kitchen and BBQ, business center, movie theater, party room and much more. Few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping. This place has it all. Your perfect luxury lifestyle. Other things to note Check-in will be at the owner’s concierge front desk. There is a $40+ tax /day/unit Resort fee made with the front desk of the Resort. The resort charges include access to the hotel beach, 1 beach towel per guest, 2 chairs, 1 umbrella, also access to all hotel amenities such as gym, 2 pools, etc...(beach service is provided on “first come first served”) Please note that the tennis courts at Hyde Beach House are currently under renovation. At this time, the hotel has not provided a confirmed completion date for the work. For any additional information or updates regarding the renovation, we kindly ask that you contact the hotel directly. Thank you for your understanding. Valet Parking (optional): • Until December 31, 2025: $35 + tax per day, per car. • Starting January 1, 2026: $42 + tax per day, per car. Hyde Beach House Credit Card Hold - Hotel front desk will charge a security deposit for incidental. - less than 7 nights: $110 per night - more than 7 nights and less than 30: $55 per night - after 30 days: $30 per night It can be used to pay for the resort and parking fees. The hold will be released after 5 business days, although some banks may take long. Continuing our efforts to properly secure the building and avoid violation of the rules and regulations. The Association will charge you a penalty for any of the following incidents: - Throwing things off the balcony $750 and the authorities will be called and the association will press charges against all responsible parties. - Exceeding occupancy limit or having parties in the unit $500 and guests will be escorted out of the building. - Pulling a fire alarm station $500. - Damage to doors or hallways $500. - Smoking in the room $250. - No loud noise after 10 PM. If there is any violation from the guest, we will notify the owner and property manager.
