2nd floor of 3 bedroom house, spacious living room and patio with central location. Walking distance to city center and sports court/swimming pool about 10-15 min. Ca 20 min walking time from railway station. Convenience store in the street. 5 min walk to Amfi shopping center. Parking space for 1 car. No smoking or animals allowed. No partying. The space In each of the bedrooms there are double beds.
