Down the spiral staircase, a flex space on the lake level offers a private bedroom, a full bath and a flex space with queen bed, 2 extra long twin beds, a leather sofa for tv watching. We pride ourselves of having a house that is close by to practically “everything”! We are 35 minutes to Auburn for just the right place to stay for that ballgame you are wanting to see...10 minutes away from the Dadeville and Blue Creek Restaurants and 10-15 minutes away from the Alex City and Russell Crossroads Restaurants. The house and the contents in its entirety (with the exception to the supply closet marked “EMPLOYEES ONLY”) are for our guests to use. All we ask is to please be courteous and respectful of the property and treat it as though you own it. We’re available by phone, text, & email almost 24 hrs. a day Lakeside Marina is within 1 mile. It has gas, pizza, chicken fingers, a margarita bar and live music on the weekends. They offer a boat landing with a “honor pay” system for the times when they aren’t open. River North Marina is 3 miles and they have boat rentals, gas and boat launch The boat landing is at the end of Bay Pines Rd. Mockingbird Rd. turns off of Bay Pines Rd. DO NOT BRING YOUR LOADED BOAT AND TRAILER INTO MOCKINGBIRD ROAD. It is a small cul de sac with a narrow turnaround. Take your boat straight to the boat launch, unload and bring the boat back to pier. There is ample room to park EMPTY boat trailer. There is a concrete pad on the right (facing house) with electric hook ups. DO NOT BLOCK FIRE HYDRANT. PLEASE READ: $275 cleaning fee added to the booking fee. Absolutely NO CATS ALLOWED! NO EXCEPTIONS! LIMIT 2 dogs, 20 lbs and under. Not rented to persons under the age of 30. Will require valid drivers license to rent. PARTIES ARE FORBIDDEN and grounds for termination of contract. NO LOUD MUSIC AFTER 10 PM WEEK NIGHTS, 11 PM WEEKENDS!!!! No exceptions! RENTERS ARE TO FISH WITHIN the confines of the property boundaries of this property. Wandering to another property, fishing off of another homeowner’s pier/boat is grounds for immediate termination of contract and subject to prosecution and charges of criminal trespass. You can fish from a boat along the shorelines and from public piers/parks. TO OPERATE THE TV/ROKU: Turn on Roku, tv remote once tv has come on with Roku on home screen, scroll through apps until you find Spectrum. Select; it will load, choose guide, go to channel selected. OTHER ITEMS TO NOTE: We do not provide the propane tank for the grill. Security cameras are used on the premises for safety purposes.
