It is a perfect place to recharge and reconnect with your family, or take your boat out for a day of sunshine and fishing. Wake up in the morning to a beautiful view from our open concept cottage and fall asleep to the soothing sound of crickets and loons. Great pride in ownership, you wont be disappointed! The space This 4 season cottage is located in a quiet Bay on Baptiste Lake - a highly sought after lake connected to Elephant and Benoir lake. Enjoy endless hours of fishing, swimming and boating. A boat launch is located directly beside the property, making it very convenient for getting your boat in and out of the water quickly. Absolutely stunning view of the lake from the deck and from the dock...you will not be disappointed!! You will experience all the comforts of home when staying at our cottage. The cottage comfortably sleeps 8. There are 3 queen beds and a pull out sofa with a queen bed. The main living space is entirely open concept boasting brand new, beautiful floor to ceiling windows looking out onto the lake. The main bathroom has a shower and a separate bathtub to make clean up time before bed easy if you have kids. We are conveniently located 15 minutes away from downtown Bancroft for local shopping and grocery stores. Guest access Guests will have access to the following: Two canoes, a kayak, life jackets (various sizes), fire pit, outdoor chairs for the deck and bonfire, bbq, dishes, mugs, utensils, pots and pans, refrigerator with freezer, hair dryer, towels, coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, microwave, stove, dishwasher, television, radio system which can be played inside and outside, each bed is dressed with a fresh set of sheets and comforter. Please note that the garage space is not available for use. Other things to note Guests are responsible for bringing their own pillows and any extra linens.
