The house is fully equipped with brand new King size bed, AC in the top floor bedroom as well as the living area downstairs, high speed internet, SmartTv. A nice, quiet spot for nature lovers, located in one of the few Blue zones in the world! If you like empty waves and beaches, this is the spot for you! :) The space This entire property! Shade abundant throughout the day, with hammocks galore for reading a book while listening to the ocean. We also have lots of kids toys, soccer goals, surfboards for use for those traveling with little ones :) Other rentals in the area cram multiple units on the same property, this place is all yours including the expansive lawn the stretches to the palm trees and sand! Guest access The entire property is yours! Enjoy the empty green grass and tropical trees with hammocks straight to the beach right out front. Nothing compares to a sunset from the hammocks after a day or exploring and surfing empty waves, PURA VIDA IS ALIVE AND WELL HERE!! :) Other things to note Costa Rica accounts for only 0.03 percent of the earth’s surface- however it contains nearly 6 percent of the world’s biodiversity. Many people travel here to specifically see the wildlife (more than 500,000 species), so please don’t panic if you encounter a few insects or spiders on your visit 🙂
