The apartment "Edelweiss" in the old farmhouse is partially newly renovated. The separate apartment entrance leads through an anteroom (wooden porch). Cozy apartment on two floors, connected by a spiral staircase. In the rural style, with lots of pine wood, very lovingly decorated. On the first floor there is 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom/toilet, 1 living room with tiled stove and TV. On the 2nd floor are 3 cozy bedrooms, as well as 1 reading + TV niche. Access from the kitchen to the garden seating area incl. fireplace via external staircase. The space The apartment "Edelweiss" leaves nothing to be desired. Separate entrance via wooden barn (cloakroom/storage room). On two floors you will find everything for a relaxing vacation! First floor: 1 modern kitchen fully equipped incl. glass ceramic stove, dishwasher, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker. 1 bathroom/toilet (bathtub with glass shower wall). 1 living room with flat-screen TV, leather sofa, tiled stove. Cleaning cupboard under the spiral staircase to the 1st floor: On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 beds each (max. 6 people), and on request 1 air bed can be provided for another 1 - 2 people (max. 7 people). In the 2nd floor hallway there is 1 reading niche with TV/DVD player. Very cozy large apartment with wood heating (tile stove in the living room) and various electric ovens. Wi-Fi, radio/CD, DVD player, various games, books. Garden seating with fireplace (grill) for shared use. Free parking is available nearby (200 m). Public electric charging station about 250 meters away, at the restaurant Ustreia Orta. Guest access Our guests have access to the wooden shed/storage room (separate entrance area), to the Edelweiss apartment over two floors, as well as to the completely fenced garden with garden seating incl. fireplace (grill). Garden seating for shared use. Other things to note Shopping and restaurants in the region: In the village of Lohn there is only direct marketing from the farm and a restaurant "Ustreia Orta" (Fri. - Sun.). According to the announcement, the restaurant of star chef Rebecca Clopath is open (see homepage). In winter, depending on the weather and snow conditions, the Dros toboggan run is open, including Teepee bar is open. At night, the sledding trail is illuminated. In the neighboring village there is a small grocery store (Volg) incl. a post office and a restaurant "Muntsulej." Other shopping and restaurants in the region, e.g. in Wergenstein, Zillis, Andeer, Thusis.
