Our house is ideally located, surrounded by fields, and close to the sea/Vannes. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Not overlooked you can enjoy its large garden, with its heated pool, swing, sandpit, trampoline. Some companions will accompany you during your stay: chickens and goldfish. Equipped with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, 1 large game room, large living room with home theater and large screen The space What you need to know is that this house is our main residence, so you will find in all the rooms some of our personal belongings, as well as those of our two boys, but we have taken care to leave you free spaces for your belongings:) Kitchen: open to the living room, with central island, fully equipped. Living room: a 160x90 table/6 chairs/2 children's chairs, a desk, living room: corner sofa bed, table + small children's chairs, video projector with large screen (2.4m diagonal) with home cinema, hanging chair. Master bedroom on the ground floor, with dressing area and bathroom: 160 x 200 cm bed, bay window with access to the garden, dressing table, roller shutter. a toilet on the ground floor and one upstairs Bedrooms upstairs: 2 large, bright bedrooms, each 16 m² (172 sq. ft.), with 140 x 190 cm (5 ft. 3 in. x 6 ft. 3 in.) beds, south-facing, roller shutters, wardrobe. games room/laundry room: upstairs you will have access to a 40 m2 room, which serves as a laundry room, and a children's games room (all games are available). Upstairs bathroom: a bathtub + a shower and sink. mezzanine: with library space for children Outdoors: 1,500 m² garden with 29° heated pool, 2 adjoining 70 m² terraces, part of which is covered with garden furniture + table. Swing, sandbox, trampoline, chicken coop with hens/rooster. Private parking with electric gate. Possibility of providing a folding bed/deckchair, high chair. Guest access Access to all rooms except the garage.
