Pt Hesse offers a true off-grid living experience, powered by solar energy and gas. A cosy open wood fire is available, with firewood supplied for your stay. Perfectly positioned just 6 minutes from Port Campbell and 7 minutes from Peterborough, you’ll enjoy the peace of the countryside while remaining close to the Great Ocean Road’s famous attractions, beaches, cafés, and amenities. Guest access Guests have access to the main house only during their stay. Please note that some areas of the property are closed off and not in use. A separate two-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage sleeping up to six guests is also located on the property. This charming cottage may be made available upon request, subject to guest verification and additional charges. As we maintain a strict no-party policy, access to the cottage is offered for approved bookings only. Please send through an enquiry if you wish to include the cottage with your stay. Other things to note Accommodation & Amenities Main House (Sleeps 6) The main house features three bedrooms, each with a queen bed, comfortably sleeping up to six guests. • Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Bedroom 2: Queen bed • Bedroom 3: Queen bed The home includes a full kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with high-quality appliances, a Breville/Nespresso coffee machine, and a Heston Blumenthal BBQ. Relax in the spacious lounge featuring a Jetmaster wood heater and Smart TV, allowing you to stream your favourite channels. ⸻ Cottage (Sleeps 6 – Available for Bookings Over 6 Guests) Only on request and for approved bookings. The cottage is opened only when bookings exceed six guests and is subject to prior approval. • Bedroom 1: Queen bed • Bedroom 2: Four single bunk beds The cottage offers a kitchenette equipped with an air fryer, frying pan, microwave, and fridge, along with a Smart TV for streaming. Beehives are located in a nearby paddock—please admire from a distance. In time, we hope to offer fresh honey to our guests. You may also meet our friendly Belted Galloway cow, Douglas, in a neighbouring paddock. He loves a greeting from the fence line—please do not enter the paddock. Surrounding farms are home to sheep and cattle, and during winter you may see lambs. Please respect all boundaries and do not enter neighbouring properties, as the animals are closely protected. ⸻ Pricing Note Pricing includes the booking platform service fee.
