Would you like to enjoy a vacation with family or friends in a rural and cozy setting? I invite you to visit our tourist home in San Miguel de Serrezuela, a lively town in the province of Ávila. Our house sleeps 10 and has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a full kitchen. Large private patio with garden, barbecue and swimming pool (in season). A village with a stellar viewpoint, a privileged area for stargazing. The space It is located in a privileged area, in the middle of town. Dogs are accepted in the house, as long as they respect the space. self check-in that will allow you not to worry about the check-in time. The house is divided into two floors; Upstairs bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Downstairs, kitchen, bathroom, living room and two bedrooms, plus the patio with the barbecue. We have towels and bedding, all clean and ready. If you have any requests, don't hesitate to ask. It is a quiet area and there is usually a place to park without any problems around the house. Guest access the whole house, consisting of two floors and a private garden-barbecue. Other things to note there are many paths on which to walk, for all levels. Guests must provide IDs of persons over 14 years of age who stay overnight in the house for the Civil Guard passenger registration. 40 minutes by car from Avila and 40 minutes by car from Salamanca.
