A Cozy Respite East-Full House

Whether you're needing a space to call your own for a family getaway, traveling for business, or in Eugene for one of our city's many events, the Cozy Respite East has what you need. Our home is located just 2 miles to Autzen Stadium and the University of Oregon, and a short walk to eateries and shopping. Our beautiful space offers a respite from a busy schedule and a wonderful place to tuck in for a long vacation. The space The space has three bedrooms with which we have taken care to outfit with the best mattresses and linens. Our luxurious king bedroom has an attached full bathroom. The queen bedroom boasts wonderful natural light from the large windows. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle bed underneath, and opens onto a lovely patio in the backyard. Our second bathroom is centrally located and has a full bathtub and shower. Guest access There are two rental spaces on the property- the Cozy Respite East (this listing) and the Cozy Respite West, which is available for rent through Airbnb if you need to rent more space! https://abnb.me/fHBThP7mazb These two listings operate completely separately aside from laundry (which is shared). The two spaces are separated by a breezeway, but are not separate buildings. The house has a spacious private backyard with two sitting areas, an outdoor table that seats 6, an outdoor fire ring (stocked with starter and wood), and a barbecue space, as well as a sweet breakfast patio outside of the middle bedroom. Other things to note The house has one appointed parking area in the driveway, with additional parking for two cars in a rear parking space. The bordering streets are also available for parking.
