A 1940s penthouse in the noble part of downtown São Paulo, with a large terrace and panoramic view, which was transformed into a creative studio and art gallery! Perfect venue for events for up to 70 people, daytime and/or nighttime with 4 distinct environments, including the 35 sq. meter balcony. EVENT RENTALS ARE NOT COVERED BY AIRBNB'S STANDARD TERMS. The space The space is divided into 4 main environments: - the gallery/track, with a bar in the background. Here we have a mirror globe, colorful lighting, brick walls, and pictures on the walls. - the photographic studio, which is also a bedroom with 2 single beds. - the greenhouse, an environment filled with plants, with a scenic bathtub and sink. - the balcony, open, with 35m2 and panoramic view. We have a plastic pool and Argentine parrillera; ask us about the possibility of use. The bathroom does not currently have a shower! We are renting primarily for daytime use. If you need to stay overnight, you can use our full bathroom downstairs, but please contact us first. Guest access The entire penthouse is available with the exception of a small room where we store some equipment and studio material. The penthouse bathroom does not have a shower, if you need to use a shower, we can give you access to our bathroom downstairs.
