Ideal for single or double occupancy, a family or group of friends of up to 4 guests. Since occupation is for long stays (2 weeks mínimum), a USD$30 electricity monthly allowance is offered. Any excess is to be reimbursed proportionally by the guest, against the electricity bill. The space Fully furnished apartment, each bedroom with its private bathroom (shower). Open plan living-dining and kitchen area, laundry and a guest toilet. You will be stunned as soon as you walk into the apartment by the sea views from all the windows, especially the floor to ceiling glass doors leading into the balcony. The 2 bedrooms available for guests (8.8m2/88ft2) full occupancy are very bright with wide windows overlooking the beach, sea and tropical forest. Each has a double bed, ceiling fan, AC, wall closets, blackout curtains and a 32" smart TV. There are two 18-inch high inflatable mattresses for guests who do not wish to share the double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi. There's a 50" TV and a corner with a small desk and book shelves in the living room. The building has 24-hour security, 2 elevators, backup water tank, power plant (to service elevators and common areas in the event of power cuts ) and covered parking spaces. Guest access The guests will have access to all areas of the apartment and to only two of the double bedrooms. The third bedroom is the host's private space which will remain locked during your stay. As dictated by the building's rules, the swimming pool is only available for guests staying 2 weeks or more. Other things to note The apartment is to be occupied by the number of guests in the original reservation. The host must be notified of any visitors staying overnight. Only a maximum of 4 guests are allowed in the apartment at any one time.
