You will be stunned as soon as you walk into the apartment by the sea views from all the windows, especially the floor to ceiling glass doors leading into the balcony. The 2 bedrooms available for guests (8.8m2/88ft2) full occupancy are very bright with wide windows overlooking the beach, sea and tropical forest. Each has a double bed, ceiling fan, AC, wall closets, blackout curtains and a 32" smart tv with access to Netflix only. There are two 18-inch high inflatable mattresses for guests who do not wish to share the double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped. Wi-Fi. There's a 50" TV and a corner with a small desk and book shelves in the living room. The building has 24-hour security, 2 elevators, backup water tank and power plant and covered parking spaces. The guests will have access to all areas of the apartment and to only two of the double bedrooms. The third bedroom is the host's private space. As dictated by the building's rules, the swimming pool is only available for guests staying 2 weeks or more. This is my home but guests will have full occupancy. I will be available when needed but will also be happy to socialize with guests if/when the opportunity arises. Farallon (fahr-ah-YHON) is a small rural fishing village, near the town of Rio Hato, on the Pacific coast, Cocle Province, easily accessible by road, 120 km (75 miles) from Panama City. It is a popular weekend and vacation destination by locals and foreigners alike. The beach is a wide, long stretch of silvery-grey volcanic sand. The beach takes its name from Isla Farallon (Farallon Island), a tiny island located about 15 minutes from the shore. There are some beach resorts in Farallon, fondas (small local food restaurants), restaurants, a Pizza/bar and convenience grocery stores at walking distance. The small town of Río Hato about 5 km from Farallon lies just across the Inter-American Highway and you can find a small shopping center with supermarket, DIY/hardware, pharmacy and other shops. Convenience grocery shops are handy for last minute supplies but these do not offer the wide variety of products offered by supermarkets, at lower prices. El Valle de Anton, a must visit when you are in Panama is a lush valley in the cloud forest mountains about 50km from Farallon with a wide variety of flora and fauna. Playa Farallón is also close to a group of other attractive Pacific coast beaches, including Playa Blanca, Santa Clara and the surfing spot at Playa El Palmar. Everything in Farallon is at walking distance but it is recommended to hire a car for shopping. Your host available for trips to El Valle de Antón, Panama City and other places at an extra agreed cost. Only a maximum of 4 guests are allowed in the apartment at any one time.
