Quiet Tiny House in the countryside with hot tub

La Tiny de Lyot, in Burgundy, near the vineyards of Sancerre and 2 hours from Paris, welcomes you in a peaceful setting surrounded by horses. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a 40 m² terrace with a view, ideal for relaxing in its private spa. As a couple, with family or friends, enjoy the many activities: Guédelon, Château de Saint-Fargeau, canoeing, cycling, tree climbing... The space The Tiny House has two bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, as well as a sofa bed offering two additional beds. The fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, stovetop, and everything you need to cook (oven not available). For your leisure time, the Tiny is equipped with two TVs with Chromecast: one in the ground floor bedroom and the other in the living room. Other things to note TOWELS are not provided. However, the beds will be made upon your arrival. The Tiny has air conditioning as well as a Wi-Fi connection. Bikes are available free of charge for you to explore the surrounding area or run some errands. A brazier with everything you need to light it is available during your stay. Ping pong table, petanque balls, etc. Also provided free of charge for the enjoyment of young and old. To enhance your stay, we offer: • Gourmet breakfast: €12/person. • Homemade pizza: €10/person. • Romantic decoration (petals, candles, etc.): €20. • Glasses and a bottle of sparkling wine: €20. Also discover our region during a guided quad bike ride: • €80 for two (1 quad) for 1 hour. • €150 for a pair (1 quad) for 2 hours. Up to 6 people per outing. Activity suitable for ages 4 and up. New in 2026: add a visit to a winery with tasting for €20/person (30 to 45 minutes in addition to the tour). New in 2025: Enjoy an outdoor massage during the summer season: solo (€80), duo (€160), or a 4-hand massage for an unusual experience. Remember to book in advance, during the day or in the evening. ⚠️ Due to numerous instances of neglect, all options must be paid for before your stay. Otherwise, they cannot be considered. The spa is accessible from early April to mid-November.
