Welcome to the Beautiful Historic Savannah. This newly remodled Cozy Beach style decor bungalow is conveniently located in the Victorian District in the heart of Savannah. Enjoy a memorable visit when you stay in this unique place. It is 4-7 mins away from river street, minutes away from Forsyth Park, 18 mins to the Tanger Outlet in Pooler, 35 mins to Hilton Head, and 20 mins away from Tybee Island. Southern hospitality awaits you here. The space Beach style cozy condo.. is enough space for a small group. Front porch and fenced in backyard. Free parking in the front and free off street parking in the back(parking in the back is suggested). To keep you clean safe and protected we have cleaning supplies on the premises. Included with the cleaning supplies is disinfectant spray and dish detergent. We also have coffee, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia. Iron, ironing board, washer and dryer. Pots, pans, and silverware. No cooking oil. Only salt and pepper. Guest access Entire bungalow is yours. Will not be sharing space with anyone. 2 bedrooms a 1 full size bed in each room. 2 beds total Other things to note We have cleaning supplies and laundry detergent. Iron and ironing board. There are pots, pans, dishes, silverware, wine opener, cutting board, can opener, cups, coffee, tea, No cooking oil, only salt and pepper available. You are welcomed to use. We are pet friendly. Only dogs are allowed. No dangerous dogs are allowed. (Limited to 2 dogs)Must be small to medium and trained only allowed. For one dog the cost is $50 for two it is $100. When leaving the premises you must clean up behind the pet and dispose of pet waste in back yard and indoors, remove pet hairs. (Fenced in backyard) Dog fee Check in is 4pm to 6pm and check out 11am. Times can be a little flexible and I can extend the time either way if no one checking in or out that day. Check with me.
