Tiny house 1 min to Chiang Mai University

Tiny house in safe location for people with no cat hair allergy and with no sensitivity to roosters crows in early morning. First floor owner lives with 5 indoor cats. Guest(s) bedroom and toilet are on second floor. Other things to note 1. There are 2 attached houses. One is bigger and one is the Tiny House 2. The upper floor of the Tiny house has 2 degree Celsius higher temperature comparing to the first floor. 3. Smoking is allowed outside the house fence. 4. We have 5 indoor cats and 1 outdoor. They might be unpredictable but already have rabies vaccine. Don't touch prior to owner supervise. 5. The Tiny House is 3 mins walking distance to Chiang Mai University 6. 15-25 mins walks to Mini BigC, Nimmarnhaemin Rd., and Maya Mall. 7. We encourage you not to use air-conditioner if the temperature is not above 30 °C (86 °F). But whether you use it or not, it is not prohibited. 8. air-conditioner usage are for limit up to 10 hrs. per day and set not lower than 25 degree Celsius 9. before leave the house all electric devices and lights should be consider to turn off
