It’s close and amazing! Keyless entry with key pad. Self- check-in I will be reachable throughout your stay via the Airbnb platform. A friendly island community, known for its amazing fishing & artisan community along the main road full of quaint shops, delicious food, and outdoor activities. Walking, biking, and kayaking is the easiest way to get around as our little island is the perfect size. Fishing, dolphin watching, and bird watching is highly recommended off the dock. Swimming is not! Take a day trip to Costa Maya from Pine Island for the best beach in the US! There are other amazing beach options from ferries and tours leaving Pine Island and Matlacha. We want everyone to have a wonderful experience at our property so please only kayak if you have previous experience and wear water shoes as oysters love to grow everywhere near the sea wall. We highly recommend you bringing your own kayaks or renting from Gulf Coast Kayaks. The dock and patio space is shared with the other Matlacha Cottages and a "use at your own risk amenity". There is only enough room for one vehicles if you have booked this studio. We will occasionally accommodate your fur babies.
