Cozy home on the wild peninsula

Warm and friendly house of 80 m², ideally located in the heart of a small village, starting point to discover the wild peninsula and its surroundings (the Sillon de Talbert, Bréhat, Paimpol, the Côte de Granit Rose, Pontrieux, Tréguier...). Only 1 km from the sea, you will be ideally located for GR34 hikes and any other activity offered by the wild coast. The space The house is composed on the ground floor of a living room area with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen/dining room (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven) for 6 people, a shower room (with washing machine) and toilet. Additional amenities are available: toaster, traditional coffee maker with filter, coffee machine for Dolce Gusto capsules, kettle, hairdryer... Another room on the ground floor serves as a living room or bedroom, with a sofa bed (160 cm bed for 2 people). This room is separated from the other rooms on the ground floor by a curtain to make it a room with all the necessary privacy. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with 2 beds to be brought together or separated, allowing you to compose a bed for 2 people (160 cm bed) or 2 beds for 1 person (80 cm bed). The 2 bedrooms are equipped with a sink. Between these 2 bedrooms, you have storage space thanks to a small dressing room. The 6 beds have pillows and duvets. If you want linen (duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcase, bath towel, hand towel) we can provide them (contact us). The house is south facing, you can enjoy the sun on the terrace (enclosed space), equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and parasol. You will have a parking space on the side of the house, in a cul-de-sac. Other things to note As you may have seen, we do not charge a cleaning fee, as we rely on the goodwill of guests who will leave the house clean before departure (in case of non-compliance, a cleaning fee will be requested).
