Each room includes a closet, Queen bed, nightstand, dresser & lamp. This home is an excellent choice for solo adventurers, couples, family gatherings & business travelers! Minutes away downtown Martin City, shopping center in Overland Park, and easy drive to bars and restaurants in Waldo! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home, which includes a 1 parking garage and free street parking. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided at check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Other things to note Keep in mind that the driveway/garage are shared spaces. Navigate them with courtesy! Trip-Related Issues: We take pride in our hospitality, so if any issue arise, please let us know so we can fix it immediately! If any issues come up, we will try our best to fix it right away! We want to make sure you have a relaxing stay. Pets are allowed with additional fees. Smoking in the house will result in a $500 cleaning fee in addition to the full security deposit and standard cleaning fee. No marijuana use or vaping. No parties. Keep amount of guests on the deck to no more than number of guests staying at the house. Early Check Ins / Late Check Outs. Please contact us if we you ever need early check in or check out.
