The space This property is brand-new - finished and opened in August 2022! Note: This is the Standard Studio Apartment with no balcony. Our Deluxe Apartments do have a balcony. The property is three stories with a lift to access the apartments. Each unit is open plan with a king bed, bathroom with shower and no bath, a fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, no oven. There is also a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and all dishes and utensils are supplied. There is a state-of-the-art espresso machine in each apartment, as well as coffee pods. Washers and dryers are located inside a communal laundry room onsite, available for use free of charge 24 hours per day. Televisions have built-in Chromecast to allow you to stream from your own device. Guest access Guests have access to communal laundry facilities in the building. Other things to note These apartments are run remotely with door pin code access. We send a text message once cleaning is finished with the entry instructions. We are reachable by phone 24 hours by calling reception. This phone number will be given to you before arrival and will also be in the text message. We can split the king bed into 2 singles if required, but will need to know 24 hours ahead of time please. The property is fully NON-SMOKING including balconies and car park please.
