The Nitch is an immaculate modern self-catering luxury lodge suitable for 6 people located within Parkdean Resort, St Minver. The south west facing decking catches lots of sun and is in a sheltered spot. Situated in a woodland setting with squirrels and rabbits to watch and birdsong to hear from the decking. Close at hand are blue seas and sandy beaches, stunning Cornish walks and lovely places to visit! This is a wonderful location and a luxury place to holiday. See www.thenitchstminver.co.uk The space Our lodge is contemporary style with modern comfortable furnishings. The lounge, kitchen, dining area is open plan and family friendly. The patio door opens onto the decking with outdoor furniture. Although our lodge is privately owned you have all the convenience of Parkdean facilities. Prices are available at reception. Guest access The lodge has spacious gated decking with outdoor furniture and parasol set in a park setting with 2 parking spaces adjacent. Other things to note We require a £200 damage waiver fee 6 weeks prior to the reservation date. If all is well this will be refunded within 24 hours of inspections being carried out following your stay. So far we've never had to use the damage waiver.
