The space This is a fully equipped new home with a fenced-in private backyard, private driveway, well-equipped kitchen, ceiling fans, dual A/C, high speed Fiber internet/WiFi, Smart TV and more. Kitchen & Living Area Downstairs you will find a full kitchen: large kitchen bar, Ninja coffee machine, brand new appliances, kitchen pantry, full size fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher. You will find our home as we live in it, i.e., including pots pans and kitchenware, and everything you need to cook and bake. The living space includes a couch, an ottoman and a love seat. All perfect for comfortable movie (Samsung 55" Smart TV), reading nights, or hangouts. You will find a few books and games near the TV and in the downstairs bedroom. The washer-dryer is in a dedicated closet. Sleeping arrangements The house has two bedrooms, one on each level. Both feature a queen size bed with great mattresses (hint: one of them is a Casper). You will find a built-in closet in both bedrooms, the bigger one being a walk in closet in the upstairs master bedroom. Bathrooms Two full bathrooms, one on each level. The downstairs bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom and living space and features a bathtub. The ensuite bathroom upstairs is a multi-jet shower, and is between the bedroom and an awesomely relaxing outdoor deck with a hanging seat. Home office/working space High speed internet perfect for those working from home. We have a dedicated work space next to the master bedroom, and another workspace in the backyard studio. The upstairs setup includes a standing desk, an ergonomic chair and a monitor. Fiber internet is extremely fast and has multiple connection points to ensure a super reliable network, so that will not be something you need to worry about. Outdoor space Large size yard accessible from the living room to enjoy lovely summer nights. Other things to note You can easily park 2-3 cars in the driveaway, or if too narrow, there is free street parking. The house is on two-levels. Access to the upstairs spaces requires using stairs. Pets are allowed at an additional fee. Animals must be approved, non declared pets will incur a penalty fee.
