We are located less than 20 minutes from EAA/AirVenture in a quiet neighborhood in a spacious 3300+ sq ft home with a large backyard and multiple ponds/serene waterfall viewed from a big patio for grilling or relaxing by the fire pit and seating area. Home was built in 2018 and was featured in the local Parade of Homes. Please reach out with any questions or concerns...........and enjoy your stay! The space Home has 4 formal bedrooms (master w/king bed, 3 others w/queen beds). Spacious kitchen/dining area and living room. Treadmill and workout equipment available for use. Gas grill and all needed utensils available for use, along with firepit on back patio. Nice basketball hoop available for use in front driveway. You will have the entire home all to yourself all week! Guest access Will provide garage door opener(s) for easy access to garage/house. 4+ car garage with additional room in driveway. Other things to note Number of guests can be discussed if needed. Number of days can also be discussed/modified for your needs in advance of your stay (if agreed upon).
