The property comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests across five beautifully designed bedrooms: Bedroom 1: Large bedroom with super King bed and large bathroom with bath and separate shower. Bedroom 2 and 3: King size beds sharing a separate shower room. Bedroom 4: Double Bed with ensuite shower room. Bedroom 5: pull out bed that can be made up as two singles. Additionally, there is a separate toilet for added convenience. The layout is ideal for families, groups of friends, or business travellers looking for a blend of luxury and relaxation, all on one accessible level. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the spacious open-plan living areas and the garden with stunning views over an open field. We provide everything needed for a comfortable stay, from fresh linens and towels to the, coffee, and basic toiletries. For enty, guests have two options: 1. Key Box Access: A key box is available on-site, and a unique code will be provided to you prior to arrival for convenient self-check-in. 2. Personal Check-in: Alternatively, I can personally meet you at the property to hand over the keys and welcome you. Please let us know your preference in advance so we can ensure a smooth check-in process. Other things to note The garden offers a serene spot to relax with beautiful countryside views. However, it is worth noting that the garden is not completely secure for dogs. The central location provides excellent accessibility via major roads (M1, A42), making it ideal for exploring nearby cities like Nottingham, Leicester, and Derby. We are only 12 minutes from East Midlands Airport and 40minutes from Birmingham Airport (an international airport), making our property easily accessible for both domestic and international travelers.
