Our home has a separate adjacent apartment (monthly lease) located on the lower level. The apartment has a private entry for the tenant on the North exterior side of the house. On the interior, the apartment is separated from the Airbnb by a locked door which deadbolts from both sides. You will have access to the entire 3 bedroom home on upper level and the additional living space on part of the lower level. Outside you will have access to the backyard and fire pit (firewood provided by guest). In the front, two parking spaces reserved for you and your guests in the driveway. There is a back yard fire pit that can be used. Guests can purchase firewood for the outdoor fire pit at the local grocery store, dollar store or gas stations. Many locals also have bundles for sale along M139. There is one full time tenant in the adjacent apartment. The apartment has a private entrance on the north side of the house and the east primary entrance facing the street is for Air BnB guests only. The TV has been moved to the living room upstairs above the fireplace as per comments from our amazing guests!
